Obama EPA Emissions in the News

It is expected that the new Obama administration will make some big changes to the EPA. Well, actually, not so much make big changes as change the big changes of the previous administration… So what’s the gist? First off, Obama’s EPA will charge the federal agency with regulating Carbon Dioxide, a greenhouse gas, as a vehicle pollutant. A direct opposite tack to the Bush EPA, which saw its hands-off CO2 policy reprimanded by none other than the Supreme Court.

The times, they are a changing. It’s an old cliché, but a fitting one right now as the United States inaugurates its first black president in Barack Obama. Wisdom advises sticking to another cliché, that in polite company you should never talk politics or religion. But regardless of personal political feelings, it is safe to say that no matter their vote in November, most Americans are quite proud of the historical significance of January 20th, 2009.

World Superbike Eclipsing MotoGP?

“MotoGP, why can’t you be more like World Superbike! They don’t have trouble filling up their grid.” You can almost see the younger World Superbike sticking out its tongue and making taunting faces while its older sibling gets scolded. While Grand Prix stumbles this off-season, World Superbike seems to do no wrong – leading some to say SBK is eclipsing MotoGP.

Pilot Fakes Death, Makes Motorcycle Escape
