The annual Racing 2 Save Lives charity track-day event, coming up July 3?5 at Utah's Miller Motorsports Park, offers even non-motorcyclists a way to enjoy the thrill of riding around a world-class racetrack, while supporting deserving children's charities.

For a donation of only $25, anyone can jump on the back of a sportbike piloted by veteran racer Scott Rybarik, who will then treat the participant to several laps around the world-renowned Miller track at near-race speeds. For those who don't have their own helmet and protective equipment, R2SL will have a selection of loaner gear on hand.

A larger donation will earn a passenger seat behind an instructor from the new Yamaha Champions Riding School, which will hold classes at Miller Motorsports Park on July 6?7, immediately following R2SL. No one knows the Miller track better than instructors Shane Turpin and Mark Schellinger, so this will be a truly memorable experience for a lucky few.

Best of all, the R2SL two-up rides help raise funds for selected children's charities. Net proceeds from the R2SL two-up rides, track sessions, endurance race, silent auction and other activities are donated to deserving children's charities. Over the past six years, R2SL has donated some $246,000 to organizations such as the Make-A-Wish Foundations of Utah and Colorado; Here's Life Inner City Denver; Tooele County Children's Justice Center; Tooele Kiwanis Baby Cupboard; Cystic Fibrosis Foundation; Larry H. Miller Charities, and a host of other worthwhile organizations. through track sessions on Miller's world-renowned layout, a four-hour endurance race, a silent auction and other exciting activities.
