Regardless of the 6-point advantage, which would allow the Yamaha ace to lay off and let his rival Chad Reed cruise to the finish unchallenged, Stewart needs to win the final race to salvage a great season and ensure his SX title is untarnished.

James Stewart’s success in AMA Supercross has broken barriers in motorcycle racing. Now mainstream America will get a closer look at the racing phenomenon when he is featured on ESPN’s E:60. It doesn’t get much bigger in the world of sports than ESPN and it sounds like the E:60 feature will be more than a fluff piece.

The world is a better place for the occasional indulgence in a guilty pleasure. Now, I’m not talking big guilty pleasures - like say Bernie Maddoff being guilty after deriving a couple decades of pleasure by bilking billions from investors. No, I’m talking about the innocent, harmless guilty pleasures. Like bumming a smoke off an old friend, the one who didn’t hear that you’d quit - or relishing the caloric overload from a greasy burger after you’d sworn off red meat.
