This loop is an old favorite from some of the MCUSA Staff members. It features a few long stretches of curvy highway and plenty of scenery to keep you entertained along the way.

Phone: 602-225-5200
Ride Distance: 175 miles
Directions: From Apache Junction: Take Ellsworth Road towards Highway 87. Follow Highway 87 North past Sunflower. A few miles after that, Highway 188 will intersect on the Right (East) side. Follow Highway 188 South towards Globe. At Globe, hop on Highway 60 and return West towards Apache Junction.
Description: This is an all day ride through some of the best motorcycle roads outside of Phoenix, Arizona. Once you are headng South towards Globe on Highway 188, make sure to stop and check out the Roosevelt Lake Dam: Once the world's tallest masonry dam, Roosevelt Dam is named after President Theodore Roosevelt, who was instrumental in approval of the Federal Reclamation Act in 1902, and who dedicated the dam in March, 1911. The lake is spectacular and you won't be back around anytime soon so make sure not to miss it. When going through Globe the highway is epic but the Highway Patrol keeps a full force on hand in this area because they know how much fun it is out there.
