Off to the Races - Calistoga

Motorcycle USA is off to the races, taking in the flat track national at Calistoga. It’s the first AMA Flat Track race in Northern California since the Sacramento Mile in 1999, so Kawasaki invited us to take a ride to the track. We took them up on the offer, a 600-plus mile ride from the company’s headquarters in Irvine, California aboard the Vulcan Nomad.

Attacked Olympic Swimmer Hangs onto Vespa

Decorated former Olympic swimmer Jenny Thompson survived a disturbing experience when thugs attempted to steal her Vespa scooter. Two men attacked Thompson, a 12-time Olympic medalist, while she was riding on her Vespa scooter one evening in Brookline, Massachusetts.
