If it hadn't been for David Chambers' several thoughtful suggestions ( backed up by his manager, Joe), we wouldn't have ended up with our Can Am Spyder RT. Having recently retired, we were trading in Gary's beloved 2002 Intruder for an easier ride. It was a pivotal decision in our lives with lots of emotional overtones. Like Gary said, "I'm not ready to stop riding." A little more wobbly: me, neither. David watched and listened and understood. His suggestions eased our way into recognizing this Spyder was the bike we wanted. A thoughtful young salesperson; what a pleasure.---We found everyone, from David and Joe, to Diego, who formalized the sale, to the guys in both the Parts and the Service Department to be exceptionally sharp and courteous. It was a very big deal for us, and we thank them all.

Addendum to previous remarks; Mike, the General MGR at Ride-Now did send me a check for 100.00. He refunded that much of my deductible to help defray costs of hauling my quad to Chandler. While this does don make up for the shoddy workmanship and lack of pride in the job at hand shown by the mechanics and service dept it does help. The effort is much appreciated. Thank you Mike.

Had my '09 Suzuki KingQuad in for repair following an incident with a concealed boulder in a sand wash. The service dept is a joke. Communication with these guys was non-existent. After having my quad for 2-1/2 months I finally got it back. It was NOT fixed. The alignment was out by 30 degrees. The front brake was still not repaired. The techs had joyfully destroyed a thermometer I had put on the dash of my quad. One of the dust covers was not on a wheel and when I asked the service dept about it they treated me like I was a jerk for wanting one put on. Of course, I had to do it myself when I got the machine home. All the problems I had with the service dept are not covered here, there are more. Long story short, my quad is currently at Ride-Now in Chandler getting what was supposed to have been done in Tucson done. So, I STILL don't have my quad to ride. I've spoken with the service dept manager about these problems and was offered a lame apology. They don't seem too concerened about what it costs me to haul my quad from Globe to Chandler and back. In fact, they really don't seem to be concerned about any aspect of customer satisfaction. I'll never go back to this shop for anything and I'd advise anyone thinking of bringing a machine in for servece/repair to go elsewhere.

"I would like to take a minute to say thank you to the team of staff and management at the Ridenow Tucson location. I have been riding bikes for years, and in those years I have been in and out of quite a few bike shops. I would highly recommend this shop for any of your riding needs. I will only shop here and I encourage everyone to do the same. Thank you Ridenow Tucson for all that you have done for me."
