Paxon sits close to Summit Lake and is the trailhead for the Denali Highway. It is a rugged ride between Paxson and Cantwell through the heart of the Clearwater Mountains. It is best attempted on an adventure touring or dual sport motorcycle.

The Colorado Creek Trail is is a groomed OHV accessible route that leads to the Wolf Run and the Fred Blixt Cabin.
Crown Point Mine Trail
This is a trail that skirts around mountains and has a steep drop on the other side. Stay on the trails or you will be pushing your ride back instead of riding it. There is shale rock in the area that will make you want to move more cautiously than just running around. Be Careful and Ride at your own risk.
Eklutna Lakeside Trail

Today the Eklutna Lakeside Trail is popular with hikers, skiers, joggers, bikers, ATVers and horseback riders. Motorcycles are prohibited. Each mile is marked for easy reference. Typical travel times for the 13-mile trail. ATV - 50 minutes.

The Jodhpur Road Motocross Track is located 12 miles southwest of Anchorage, Alaska on the edge of the 1400 acres of Kincaid Park. View of Mt. Sustina, Mt. Denali and Mt. Foraker make this a beautiful place to ride off-road.
