2009 BMW Concept Lo Rider Photo Gallery
Part streetfighter, part power cruiser, part roadster, BMW's versatile Concept Lo Rider debuted at EICMA 2008.
BMW is banking on allowing riders to choose the type of exhaust system, seat, headlamp and paint for their Lo Rider will be a strong selling point.
2009 BMW Concept Lo Rider
The 2009 BMW Concept Lo Rider allows a greater level of customization than most factory motorcycles.
How do you like your exhaust - up high or down roadster low?
BMW is also allowing riders to choose whether they want their tank with or without the chrome trim.
With the sporty perch seat, racing plate and high exhaust layout, this BMW Lo Rider has a definite cafe racer feel to it.
High performance dual disc brakes and a Paralever rear-wheel swingarm mean that the Lo Rider may sport an old school look but it's performance should be all 21st century.
Buyers of BMW's Lo Rider will have four different paint finishes from which to choose from.
The Lo Rider will be powered by BMW's flat twin Boxer engine with a claimed output of over 100 bhp.
