Hey everybody if you haven’t noticed it is been sportbike month—well actually months—here at Motorcycle USA. And for the rest May we’re going to keep bringing you fresh sportbike comparisons and reviews for your viewing pleasure. Last month we brought you the racetrack portion of our annual industry-leading liter-class sportbike shootout dubbed the 2011 Superbike Smackdown VIII Track. We followed it up with the street version in the 2011 Superbike Smackdown VIII Street. And if that wasn’t enough we’re currently working on the middleweight equivalent which also be published in two versions later this month. In the upcoming tests the Ducati 848 EVO, Honda CBR600RR, Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R, Suzuki GSX-R600, Suzuki GSX-R750, Triumph Daytona 675R and Yamaha YZF-R6 are all battling it out for supremacy.
