I called their Service Department to get a quote on truing a Dirt bike Wheel, that I would be replacing the Center Hub On, I was told 42.50 and that it would only take a couple of Hours. i was even told that i could drop it off and go to breakfest and come back an get it in a few hours. The Following Day i took the Wheel to their Service department to have the Tire removed and was told that to remove the tire, it would cost another 42.50. Doing the math i asked them how much it would take to do the entire job and they told me it would be atleast 260, and that they couldnt do the truing unless they did the entire job. They even called the guy that gave me the quote, whom said yes he did quote the 42.50. The Service manager said they could not honor the quote and made the service write up person look like he was foolish and untrust worthy in front of a client. I took my wheel elsewhere to get the tire removed. Inaddition I went to their website to order the center hub, only to find that i can order it from another dealer, out of state, pay shipping, and still save 40. IMHO you can do ALOT better
