Castrol Honda Team Previews Monza

The Castrol Honda
World Superbike squad has released a video preview for Monza, Round 4 of the 2011 season. The nearly 90-year-old Italian circuit is renowned for its high-speed nature. Team Manager Ronald ten Kate touches on the Castrol teams approach to Monza, with riders Ruben Xaus and
Jonathan Rea lending their thought on the upcoming round.
Rea had a particularly brutal experience at
Monza last year, where the Northern Irishman suffered a pair of DNF. The video includes footage of incidents, a spectacular Race 1 crash at Turn 8, the Curva Parabolica, and a first-turn melee right off the start of Race 2. The Race 1 crash saw the scrappy Honda pilot immediately running about after the get-off looking for his bike in the gravel – one problem being the CBR had cartwheeled off the track and over the barriers…
Rea and company will hunt for better fortunes this weekend at Monza.
