Terrible sales staff. Was ignored by the saleman. Was ready to buy and he was too busy. I did more to close the sale than he did, yet when he continued to ignore me after I spoke with his boss, I walked out and bought elsewhere. Got a better deal and was treated much more professionally ELSEWHERE. Would NOT recommend them for sales. Part and accessories are almost as bad. Tried to order some basic aftermarket parts, yet they were priced way over the competition and wouldn't price match. I order my parts online and get them cheaper (even paying shipping) and faster than Columbia Power Sports. Amazed that they stay in business.
