We were excited to see that this shop was beginning to sell Victory bikes. We went in to purchase oil for an oil change and the employees could have cared less about our business. We were barely given the time of day and when we purchased oil for our bike we were told we would need 3 1/2 qts. Come to find out, you need 5 qts. and a rubber ring that also needs to be replaced with each oil change. They didn't even bother to give us the right info or look it up and they are suppsedly a Victory dealer now? Lovely service, will never go there again, would rather pay shipping directly to Victory for future parts.
