Got a great deal on my08 FJR BUT feel that I was taken on an oil change (break in oil) 4100.00 Then at your suggestions bought tires online then was charged $135.00 to mount them(I had 4300 miles on my bike and the front tire was bald and had flat spots john the service Mgr told me that I should have brought the bike in sooner as the tire was shot 4300 miles)???? . The capper was I asked for price on a replacement saddle bag (as I ooke on line and found dealer had to be contacted for price) was told I would get a call back as parts staff could not find a price - I did not get a call back . Then I called John (the store MGR) He told me he would look into this he eventually called and left a message "Mr Bailey did you have any luck finding the saddle bag??". I thought that is what the dealership was there for!!! Unless circumstances force me I will not be having any dealings with you in the future. I am going to buy my wife a nre bike in the very near future,most likely it will be at Crazy Freddies in Massapequa. Sorry to send this info but quite Frankly I am not happy with your Service or attitiude Rgds Bob Bailey
