Cobra USA Launches Cobra Magazine
Friday, September 16, 2011
has been making killer pipes for almost 30 years. A set of Cobra Speedster Swept Exhausts added both style and power to our 2010 Honda Fury Project Bike
. They also have a Special Projects Division where they make cool custom bikes themselves, their most recent project resulting in the Cobra Scrambler and the Cobra RS750 Tracker
Cobra USA is launching a new digital publication, Cobra Magazine, featuring quick reads and colorful pictures.
Special Projects Division started customizing bikes to showcase Cobra’s products, more specifically metric cruiser exhaust systems, which nobody was really putting any effort into at the time.
While its Special Projects Division remains, Cobra has found another clever way to feature its products in real-world applications – Cobra Magazine
. Billed as an interactive digital publication, the premier edition features tips on group rides, breaks down its Fi2000 PowrPro EFI tuner, talks about customizing the Honda Fury, features their in-house customizing guru Denny Berg, and includes an article about Kenny
Boyko’s favorite Cobra Customs. The publication is full of crisp, colorful pictures and the articles are primarily quick reads. Cool stuff.
Here’s a little more information courtesy of the official press release:
“Cobra USA is proud to announce our new publishing venture—Cobra Magazine. Designed as a fully interactive digital publication, Cobra Magazine gives us the opportunity to communicate with our current and future customers in a way that traditional communications do not. Produced by Vreeke & Associates—Cobra’s advertising agency—Cobra Magazine takes advantage of expanding online viewing and shopping trends, and allows us to communicate more about our company, our products, our history and where we’re headed in the future. It’s full of customizing and performance stories and products that we hope will inspire people to create something that is uniquely their own.”
