Friday, May 11, 2012
owners, unite! There’s a motorcycle rally going on in your honor next week in Branson, Missouri. With over 100 years of history behind the marque, company founders Hendee and Hedstrom would be happy to see that over a century later, people are still celebrating their accomplishments.
Indian Motorcycle owners, listen up. There's a rally going on out there just for you next week in Branson, Missouri. The event is put together by the Indian Riders Group and Hunter's Friend Resort.
The hub for the Indian Motorcycles Rally is Hunter’s Friend Resort
at Indian Point in Branson, MO. The friendly, low-key event is put together by the IIRA and features rides through the beautiful Ozarks followed by gatherings where countrified meals like deer chili and homemade pot roast will be served. They’ve got a swap meet on the schedule, there will be a bike show, a group ride has been planned to nearby Eureka Springs, and a free luncheon will be held Saturday provided by Indian Motorcycles’ new owner, Polaris.
Here’s what Hunter’s Friend Resort is saying about the Indian Rally at Indian Point.
“LOVE to ride? LOVE the camaraderie of fellow bikers? HATE the high costs of “rip-off rallies” around the nation? Then join us for the most enjoyable week-long experience of your life at the 9th Annual “Indian Rally on Indian Point.” Situated in the Ozark hills on Indian Point, the IRIP has become the largest Indian Motorcycle centered, motorcycle rally in the nation. All makes and models of bikes are welcome, but Indians lead the way at this rally.”
