If you're anywhere near NYC this weekend, then get your a*@ over to Indian Larry Motorcycles for the 10th annual Block Party Saturday. Guarantee you'll have a good time!
Man, I wish I was going to be in the NYC this weekend. Bobby Seeger and the boys at Indian Larry Motorcycles are holding their 10th annual block party, and it’s going to be a blast. The 10th Annual Indian Larry Grease Monkey Block Party
is this weekend, September 21, 2013, and it’s guaranteed to be a throw-down. The gig takes place at 400 Union Avenue in Brooklyn from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Look for the red brick building with the big red question mark on it – you can’t miss it.
What can you expect? Lots of live music. Hellbound Glory just got done touring with Buckcherry and Kid Rock and is ready to rock it. So is Wardogs, Judas Priestess, Scrapers, Big House Pete and Wrench. In honor of Indian Larry, there will a circus sideshow act with Nelson Lugo “The Charming Trickster” performing, but the biggest circus might just be the eclectic collection of people who show up to the party. There will be plenty of vendors hawking their wares, tattoo artists will have their tat guns loaded and ready for human canvasses, a custom and vintage motorcycle show will be held, as will an art show, and there will be plenty of beer and BBQ. Bring some cash or have the check book ready because they’re conducting a Lucky 13 Helmet Auction with a slew of hand-painted helmets on the block with proceeds benefitting the Aiden Jack Seeger Foundation. Aiden’s Posse Forever!!
It’s free and open to the public, but there’s VIP packages available for $100 that includes a 10th anniversary block party t-shirt, VIP laminate, 10th anniversary pin, leather patch, and access to food and drink (while it lasts). Crazy fun, Brooklyn-style. Indian Larry would be proud. Send me some pics, Bobby!
