Job Title: Distribution Center Associate
Department: Distribution Center
Reports To: Distribution Center Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Entry Level Wage: $10.00-$10.50 DOE
Hours: P/T– 20 to 40hrs a week/Seasonal

Job Summary:
Receives, stocks, picks products from warehouse, packages and ships products. Good organizational skills required. Must be very reliable and have a great attitude and take pride in work. Must be able to take direction and work at a quick and efficient pace. Computer skills considered a plus.

Training:
We will train each individual to perform the necessary job duties within the warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Item Puller/Locater (Level 1):
Wage: $10.00-10.50/hr
Individual pulls invoices (orders) and accurately retrieves SKU’s (items) for presentation to the Boxer/Shipper. Organization, efficiency and attention to detail are important.
Boxer/Shipper (Level 1):
Wage: $10.00-10.50/hr
Must be able to efficiently and accurately scan invoice and check SKU’s (items) that were brought to them by puller. Properly package items using correct box (and/or bag) and packaging for safely getting to customer. Use shipping station scale and simple software to label and designate proper shipping status.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training. Job requires basic Math and English reading abilities.

Language Skills:
Ability to efficiently read and interpret simple documents such as invoices, packing slips, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals and correspondence.

Computer Skills:
Requirements listed under each job description above. For all jobs some simple computer knowledge is necessary. Training for our Operating System will be available as needed.

Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to apply common sense to each situation and carry out detailed oral instructions. Concentrating on task(s) at hand is essential. Learning quickly and have a great work ethic is a necessity.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle product, items, or equipment; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and talk or hear. Employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.



Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Hours: Flexible
Status: Seasonal, Part-time
Wage: $10.00 per hour; eligible for monthly sales incentive

Motorcycle-Superstore is recruiting for seasonal, part-time Customer Service Representatives, who are energetic, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented to work in our fast-paced inbound call center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and assist customers accurately in a timely manner.
  • Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information requested. Enter orders into computer, to determine total cost for customer.
  • Ascertain correct credit card billing information of customers.
  • Confers with freight carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
  • Attempt to sell additional merchandise to customer.
  • Return emails and/or voice mails from customers.
  • Other duties may be assigned
Experience:
1-2 years related customer service experience.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic working knowledge of MSWindows, Outlook, MS Word, and Excel. Comfortable navigating websites using Internet Explorer.

Job Title: CSR Technician
Status: Seasonal, Part-time
Hours: Flexible Hours
Wage: $10.00 per hour; eligible for monthly sales incentive

Motorcycle-Superstore is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable phone service technician to join our sales team. Put your years of riding and bench racing to use working for the highest quality e-retailer of cool new motorcycle parts and riding gear in the motorcycle industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers in a professional manner; placing customer orders, responding to product inquiries and order status inquiries.
  • Recognize opportunities and take the initiative to sell additional complimentary merchandise. Offer solutions and find alternatives to backordered or discontinued merchandise.
  • Exercise good judgment and base decisions on the needs of the customer and the needs of the business.
  • Ability to remain customer focused and responds in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.
  • Partner with other departments including external vendors and shipping services to determine pricing, availability and shipping times.
  • Duties entail answering technical questions, taking retail orders, answering email questions.
Qualifications
To qualify you must like to help people and be an excellent communicator. Our technicians need to have a very strong motorcycle technical background. Ability to remain focused and responds in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.

Computer skills
Working knowledge of MS Office products and internet navigation.
