I had bought couple New Yamaha ATVs in the past in Kansas City, and was a faithful costumer since I was provided with an excellent service. But the image I had of Yahama shatter with an experience I had on this dealer, I was planing to buy a R6 sport bike and I was willing to trade in one of my Yamaha ATV in order to reduce the price. So I took the ATV to the dealer to get an appraisal and buy the sport bike and was told that there was a small problem with my title, that they would have to contact the DMV the next business day to figure out and meanwhile the sport bike was going to be put on hold. The next day I decide to go buy it with out trading the ATV in order to make the process faster and by then I was told that the bike was being sold as we spoke! Legally, the dealer was able to do this because I was told that no deposit was needed that if in any case somebody was interest on it they would gave me a call first, a call which I never got! In other words, this dealer don't give a shit about being faithful to their costumers but the money. So because of these assholes, for lack of a better word, I will no longer expend a penny on Yamaha products. Sincerely, Jose Juarez
