MY POLARIS SNOWMOBILE WAS NOT RUNNING WELL AND I WAS ONLY IN FOR THE WEEKEND AND THEY GOT MY SLED RIGHT IN THE SHOP. AND WHEN THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PART IN STOCK THEY TOOK A PART OFF ONE OF THERE OWN PERSONAL SLEDS TO FIX MINE AND GET ME BACK ON THE TRAIL. GREAT PLACE NICE PEOPLE.

I was in NY State from Oct 4-6 2010, I needed my Yamaha motorcycle serviced, I was travelling through the NY state on my way to Ontario, this Dealership told me they were to busy to look at my bike even know I was travelling through NY and trying to get home. The Service manager said they had 3 bikes they were presently servicing and could maybe look at my bike in 2 days. I think it is pretty sad that a dealership cannot take the time to have a look, especially when travelling. I bet the local Harley Dealer would take the time to look if I had a Harley, maybe next year I will get myself a Harley. If this is the way the dealers treat their customers then I am not interested in owning their product
