Excellent sales staff make for an enjoyable buying experience however the purchase was the only enjoyable experience with this company.
They service dept is not profession and does not treat the customers fairly.
Overcharging for many things and charging for a diagnosis without diagnosing anythiing
My bike would not start and the quote was for cosmetic parts such as a new clutch cover, also coolant level and an airfilter. The parts list came to over 400 dollars and nothing on the list could have possibly been the cause for the bike not starting. as well as charging for the same gasket twice.
