When I was a new rider with my first bike, I *rode* my motorcycle to this dealership because my motorcycle had trouble idling and was very sluggish at low speeds. They told me I needed a whole new set of replacement carbs, new jets, new air filter, new gaskets, everything and said I could get it done at a discounted $450. I said no thanks, and went to pick up my motorcycle, but I got there and they said "oh, it doesn't run anymore. are you sure you just don't want us to fix it?" Already pissed off that the working motorcycle I rode to the shop was now not running, I decided to truck it home. I took apart the carbs myself, spotless. No gunk as they claimed, no jammed passages, no worn gaskets. but they did install one the carb diaphragm spring pressure plates upside down and in the wrong order. Which is why the bike no longer started. After I fixed this, it ran perfectly no problems. Obviously my bike never needed any of the replacement parts they mentioned, it just needed to be cleaned- which they did. I wonder if they even planned to install the new jet kit, or just make me pay for it and drive off. So I was lied to about the condition of the carbs, over quoted on parts, and then handed back a broken motorcycle. Completely unacceptable. Don't go to these thieves, they will take you for an idiot, waste your time, and then try to take your money.

Had a steller experience there! Had a tire change scheduled and was able to come in early. Technician pointed out a concern with my steering dampner. A thread had actually come loose. To get to the back nut, the tank had actually be lifted.... This was done with no extra labor charge. I will deffinately come back! Not sure what the last reviewer was so pissed about... Dry rott in tires and leaky fork seals do constitute a failed inspection, as they are hazards. Oh well....

I just bought a bike, for 500. I've put quite alot of work into it (and about another $1500) and wanted to have it inspected. Upon arriving at Frontline, in Christiansburg VA, I was greeted by a man who proceeded to belittle me about my bike. It was as though he wanted to give me some sort of morals lesson. He said that my tires were too old, and not sticky enough even though there is no trace of rot and plenty of tread. The other reason he flipped out was because my forks had minor leakage even though they had not affected the brakes. He would not even do the inspection. I took it across the street and the guys at Go-Race looked it over and said it shouldn't be a problem. They had it inspected at a 3rd party shop and it passed the next day. Basically what I'm saying is, the guy at Frontline just wanted $$. Knowing full well that the bike was legally fine, he flipped out for no reason. I was treated very poorly and shown no respect here. I will not return, I'll just have to continue to get my parts somewhere else. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
