2013 450 Motocross Shootout Preview

The MotoUSA MX testing team has been hard at work on our 2013 450 Motocross Shootout. We loaded up the offerings from Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, KTM and Yamaha and headed for two full days of riding at Cahuilla Creek Motocross to see which would reign supreme. The extra-long natural track put the bikes to the test as the track wore-in, developing ruts and braking bumps. Our usual stand-in crew of Frankie Garcia, Chris See, Bret Milan and Nick Thiel were once again on hand to punish and quantify the group of MX racers. Two-time X Games Women’s Moto X gold medal winner Vicki Golden joined in on the fun along with Sirius Satellite Radio host and fastest skateboarder on two wheels, Jason Ellis.
