Well, I have not had to use them until today. I am taking my R6 to them and I am extremely nervous about this because I have not heard anything positive about this place since I moved here 2 years ago. I have done everything to avoid this place because their reputation on Ft. Lee, Colonial Heights and Chesterfield is not a positive one. I will defiantly be giving an update after my visit with them to give my review just because they are so well known and unfortunately not for anything good. Hope it goes well, really miss my Phoenix guy.

I purchased bikes and parts from Burcham's since the early 80's. Recently when one of my bikes was in the service department they drained my full tank of gas for no reason and said it must have leaked out. I do not set foot in the place any more and travel to Richmond when I need something. It is no wonder they folded and had to sell out.
