They are terrible...They were unable to repair my speed triple. Joe's had the bvike for over 7 weeks. and said it was fixed multiple times. but it wasn't.finally just picked the bike up and fixed it myself in less than an hour. They also scratched and damaged my machine and would do nothing to repair or compensate me. What a bunch of idiots...
