Motorcycle USA media partner,
Cycle News, delivers total race coverage in the September 25, 2012 issue. The big story this week is
AMA Pro Racing’s
Josh Hayes’ AMA Pro National Guard SuperBike title win at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The Mississippi native struggled in Race 1 after crashing and falling to the back of the pack. He was able to remount and stage a charge for position but just missed breaking the top-10. In Race 2 Hayes came back and took the win, making him uncatchable in points and sealing his third career SuperBike title.
Martin Cardenas enjoyed similar results in Daytona SportBike, as his 2-4 finish at Homestead-Miami was enough to secure the second SportBike title of his career. Action was non less intense in AMA Pro
Motorcycle-Superstore.com SuperSport and Vance & Hines XR1200.
Cycle News, Issue 38, then delves into the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series event in Dallas and World Speedway Grand Prix Series action in Denmark. The incident packed
World Superbike round at Portimao gets full attention and then coverage closes with reports from three American series events: the U.S. Speedway National at Costa Mesa, the Unadilla
GNCC and the Taft
WORCS. All this and more can be found in
Cycle News, Issue 38, available in multiple digital editions by following the links below.
