Two of Yamaha’s best motorcycle road racers and fan favorites will be on-hand next weekend at the Progressive International Motorcycle Show in Long Beach California, which will take place at the Long Beach Convention Center not far from Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA’s headquarters.
Three-time and defending AMA Pro Road Racing SuperBike Champion and Monster Energy/Graves/Yamaha rider
Josh Hayes, along with former Yamaha World Supersport Champion and Monster Tech 3 Yamaha MotoGP rider
Cal Crutchlow, will both be signing autographs and greeting fans at the Yamaha display. In addition to the two riders, Yamaha is also bringing in one of Josh’s #1 Monster Energy/Graves/Yamaha
YZF-R1 SuperBikes for up-close looks and photo opportunities.
On Friday evening, December 7, from 5:30 to 6:30 PM, and again from 7:30 to 8:30, Hayes and Crutchlow will be featured alongside Yamaha’s 2013 models. Then, on Saturday afternoon, December 8, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM, and again from 5:30 to 6:30, Hayes will return for two more autograph sessions.
“There’s no real off-season for these talented riders, so we’re very appreciative that both Josh and Cal are able take time off from their busy training schedules to join us at the Progressive International Motorcycle Show in Long Beach,” said Bob Starr, General Manager of National Communications for Yamaha’s Motorsports Group. “Both riders are training together locally on bicycles and, as a result, they will no doubt have many interesting stories to share with their fans. They’ll be anxious to talk about last year’s season, as well as the one ahead!”
