Journalist Andrew Trevitt Injured

Motorcycle USA is saddened to learn of serious injuries to motojournalist Andrew Trevitt. The Sport Rider Senior Editor was involved in an accident on California’s Angeles Crest Highway. According to a recent Sport Rider posting the incident occurred when a car made an illegal U-turn, with Trevitt suffering T3 and T4 vertebrae fractures.

It is requested that no calls be made to the hospital, but get well wishes can be sent to Sport Rider at 6420 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA, 90048 or getwelltrev@yahoo.com. Plans for an assistance fund are forthcoming and will be announced soon.

A former Canadian National 250GP champion, Trevitt is the author of Sportbike Suspension Tuning and is recognized by his peers as a leading authority in the motojournalism field. MotorcycleUSA wishes Andrew a speedy recovery.
