The Giant Loop Coyote saddlebag looks like it offers more than the original version we tested.
We recently tested a pretty unique saddlebag during our
OMA-KTM dual-sport adventure. In our
Giant Loop Saddlebag Review, we noted a few items which caused concern and minor hassle during regular use. The bag is a great concept, but it was in need of some refinement to make it more practical, and
Giant Loop offers other bags which have some of these needed features like extra zipper access and waterproof materials. What I wanted to see from the company out of Bend, Oregon, was a hybrid of their models.
They must have been listening, because Giant Loop has just introduced the
Coyote saddlebag. This new version looks to have addressed almost every issue we noted with the original. Kudos to those guys for continuing their development process and we can’t wait to get a Coyote for our own riding pleasure the next time we head out for some DS action.
