Chad Reed Racing for Monster Kawasaki
Wednesday, October 28, 2009

Chad Reed is looking very comfortable on his new KX450F and the race practice will pay off when the AMA series starts.
The racing action is a little slow this time of year so for those of you who need a fix, try keeping track of the Australasian Supercross Championship. This is the series started by Chad Reed and he continues to use his own star power to promote it. As the reigning champion, Reed is defending his title with a one-point lead over Dan Reardon in the SX Open class.
The seven-race series known as Super-X is already two-deep so check out the
website for more information – it’s actually a pretty good site with lots of great highlight videos. The multiple formats seem interesting for riders and fans alike. Round 6 will take the series to New Zealand for the first time and James Stewart has committed to racing down under. Perhaps tired of seeing Reed pad his career stats, JS7 is slated to attend the final round at Brisbane on Dec. 5 using the omnipotent
2010 Yamaha YZ450F.
Oh, did we mention that Reedy is competing for his new Monster Energy Kawasaki team?
