Mud in Your Eye - April 2010

Free riding. In the magazine world it’s when we’re allowed to ride purely for fun, without the concern of having to look good in front of a camera. Nor try to evaluate the latest color-coordinated, high-tech dirt bike gear on how well it’s protecting, comforting and wicking sweat from my skin. It doesn’t happen very often, but when it does, it serves as the ultimate gear test.

Another blog from the Suzuki motocross camp came out today. East Coast Supercross Lites title contender Austin Stroupe shares his thoughts on the 2010 season. Stroupe used the early West Coast rounds to sample the 450 class and get some seat time in actual race environments to help shake out the pre-season bugs and jitters.
