Our resident road warrior has earned his stripes covering the rally circuit, from riding the Black Hills of Sturgis to cruising Main Street in Daytona Beach. Whether it's chopped, bobbed, or bored, metric to 'Merican, he rides 'em all.

Think Pastrana can do the unthinkable You d be right.
This isn’t how most people ride their motorcycle, unless your name is Travis Pastrana.

Travis Pastrana, one of the most recognizable names in the off road world, is hitting prime time. He and a close group of fellow extreme sport athletes and friends are the stars of a new MTV series based on his popular Nitro Circus DVDs. He and his Crew will push the limits as they scour the country in their quest to perform the sickest, most dangerous stunts around. Remember when Pastrana jumped out of an airplane without a parachute? You ain’t seen nothing, yet.

Cast members include Pastrana’s childhood friend and professional mountain biker, Jim DeChamp, skier/base jumper Erik Roner, professional female motorcross racer, Jolen Van Vugt, burly and bawdy former sheet-rocker Streetbike Tommy and includes the antagonizing loud-mouth antics of Andy Bell. With plenty of A-type personalities, look for them to push the envelope between sane and sanity as they always look for ways to upstage each other.

Nitro Circus will air on Feb. 8th at 10 p.m. (EST). It is produced by the guys who bring us Jackass, Jeff Tremaine and Johnny Knoxville, who teamed up with Nitro Circus DVD creators Pastrana, Gregg Godfrey and Jeremy Rawle.

Travis is a nine-time X Games Gold Medalist. He is known as the first person ever to double back flip a motorcycle and has made a name for himself for attempting stunts few would dare.
