2009 Exhaust models for the GSX-R1000

TRC-D – Yoshimura’s new dual outlet pipe is a turndown stainless tipped muffler with a striking carbon fiber cone cap. Based on Yoshimura’s distinctive tri-oval muffler profile, this new end cap represents the next evolution in performance and style, keeping us at the forefront of the exhaust industry. The dual-outlet produces a distinctive aggressive note, complementing that distinctive Yosh sound that comes from the tri-oval shape. The TRC-D features 304-L polished stainless steel MIG-welded construction, with stainless, carbon and titanium muffler sleeve options. The TRC-D is available in slip-on or full-system configurations.

TRC – The TRC features a straight baffle leading to a carbon fiber cone-shaped end-cap. The muffler is available with 304-L polished stainless steel, carbon fiber, or titanium sleeve options. The tri-oval shaped muffler is capable of installing an optional low-volume insert, and also comes with a laser-etched heel-guard combining style and function. The TRC is available in slip-on or full-system configurations.

The flared muffler outlet displays the fine detail and a dramatic presence available only from Yoshimura. With full stainless steel internal construction, a MIG-welded front cap, and high-end 304-L polished stainless steel rivets and bands, the R-77 is designed to be durable enough to withstand extreme race conditions. The muffler itself is available in stainless steel, titanium, or race inspired carbon fiber sleeves. The cone end-caps have the option of either a polished stainless steel, or carbon fiber.
