This 1957 Moto Guzzi Hispania Motoleggera 65 will be available for photograph by Bonhams on February 25th.
A hugely varied collection of motorcycles of all shapes, sizes and types will be available to photograph on 25th February at the RAF Museum, Hendon. Over 100 mainly pre-1950 machines make up the collection, which was assembled in Pamplona, Spain and will be auctioned at Bonhams sale of ‘An Important European Collection of Pioneer, Vintage and Collectors’ Motorcycles’ at the RAF Museum, Hendon on 27th February 2010.
This diverse and unusual group features all sorts of two-wheelers ranging from a three-seater Böhmerland to a ‘Penny-Farthing’ bicycle, and from a mighty 1931 Brough Superior SS100 to a featherweight c.1957 Moto Guzzi Hispania Motoleggera 65 – all shapes and sizes are catered for.
The diversity continues with a 1913 Matchless with wicker sidecar, plus examples of Harley-Davidson, Sunbeam, Vincent, PMZ, Griffon, Laurin & Klement, Phebus and Mabeco motorcycles.
