According to an independent study, Victory Motorcycles is No. 1 in ‘Customer Prospect Satisfaction’ and was rated the most helpful manufacturer when it came to helping out prospective buyers.
The independent study, which sent more than 2000 anonymous “mystery shoppers” into motorcycle dealerships nationwide, used data collected in the field to calculate Prospect Satisfaction Index (PSI) scores for more than a dozen brands. Based on these scores, each brand was ranked on how effectively dealerships helped motorcycle buyers with their shopping experience.
“Our entire organization is obsessed with the rider’s experience,” said Mike Jonikas, Vice President, On-Road Division and Sales & Marketing. “We have always believed that our dealers are among the best in the business. To have this belief confirmed by an independent industry study substantiates that the Victory brand and its dealers continue to fuel the industry’s best experience for riders.”
Additional detail provided by the study shows that Victory dealerships outperformed the entire motorcycle industry when it came to asking and answering questions with customer prospects, communicating Victory’s unique features, and encouraging prospective buyers to actually experience a Victory motorcycle when shopping.
“Victory and our dealers have a shared passion for fueling the experience of our riders”, said Steve Menneto, General Manager of Victory Motorcycles. “It’s why we tested the Victory Cross Country 2.3 million miles before releasing it, and it’s why our dealers are so committed to the rider’s shopping experience. It’s why, for more than a decade, we’ve never stopped fueling the motorcycling experience.”
