Harley-Davidson Appoints Two New Executives

Harley-Davidson announced the names of two new executives in its legal and treasury departments. Paul J. Jones will serve as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Jones formerly worked for Regal Beloit Corporation where he served a similar role. Prior to that, he was a partner in the
Harley Davidson Motorcycles

Milwaukee-based law firm of Foley & Lardner, LLP, and provided counsel to Harley-Davidson. Jones will assume his new position on July 26 and will be reporting directly to Harley-Davidson’s President and CEO, Keith Wandell.

J. Darrell Thomas has been named H-D’s new Vice President, Treasurer. Before joining Harley-Davidson, Thomas worked at PepsiCo as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer. He also has a background in banking, working on financing and other matters related to the automotive and financial services industries. Thomas became a member of H-D’s treasury department in June and reports to Harley-Davidson’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, John Olin.

“Paul and Darrell are seasoned executives who bring strong leadership capabilities to Harley-Davidson,” said CEO Wandell in the official Harley-Davidson press release. “Their broad and diverse experience will be a key asset to our team as we continue to execute on our business strategy, with its focus on growing the reach of the Harley-Davidson brand globally.”
