Graves Yamaha rider Josh Herrin.
After finishing third in this year’s Daytona Sportbike Championship, Josh Herrin has re-signed with Graves Yamaha for the next two seasons.

Yamaha announced today that it has re-signed Josh Herrin to the Graves Motorsports Yamaha squad for the 2011 and 2012 motorcycle road racing seasons. Herrin, 20, has been racing Yamaha’s YZF-R6 for the last four seasons and finished third in this year’s AMA Daytona Sportbike Championship. We recently interviewed him at Thunderhill Raceway during a Shift sales meeting. Check it out in the Josh Herrin Daytona Sportbike Interview.
“Josh is a tremendous talent and during his four years with us his results have just continued to get better and better,” said Yamaha’s Keith McCa rty. “It’s unfortunate that he just missed the championship this year but that extra experience will only work in his favor and we’re delighted to have him back on the team.”

“I am very excited to have signed another 2 years with Yamaha and Graves Motorsports,” added Herrin. “It’s my goal to win the Daytona Sportbike Championship and after coming so close two years in a row I am more determined than ever. I would like to thank Keith McCarty and everyone at Yamaha as well as Chuck Graves for believing in me and giving me another shot at the title. My Yamaha R6 is a proven winner and I know it will help me tremendously in my fight. I am looking forward to returning to Daytona next spring to defend my win there and begin the 2011 season.”
