Spanish rider Marc Marquez set the fastest time in the Moto2 class at Indianapolis Motor Speedway Saturday. Riding a Suter chassis with a spec-Honda CBR600RR engine Marquez put in a flying lap time of 1’44.038 which was just one thousandth of a second faster than Italy’s Simone Corsi. Also securing a front row start for Sunday’s race is Andrea Iannone and Bradley Smith. American riders Kenny Noyes, Jacob Gagne and JD Beach finished 29th, 33rd and 35th respectively.
