Cobra Short Swept Speedster pipes
Cobra USA has created these slick Short Swept Speedster pipes for Harley-Davidson Softails.

When it comes to aftermarket exhaust systems, buyers are interested in three things, sound, performance and style. It’s a stand up triple for a manufacturer to hit all three. That’s what Cobra has done with this new full exhaust system for Harley-Davidson Softails.

This system is a shortened version of the company’s already successful Swept Speedster line of exhausts, but in a shorter more radical design. And in a break with tradition for short pipes, these come with Cobra’s PowrPort crossover to enhance the performance of the system.

Cobra’s line of Speedster exhausts, from its Swepts to its various two-into-two designs all have as a common theme the PowrPort cross over. The PowrPort helps to improve the exhaust scavenging to produce more power and it’s this distinctive feature that identifies the systems as Speedsters.

Said Tim McCool, Cobra Engineering President; “This exhaust system represents what we’ve come to think is a new standard for aftermarket exhaust systems in this category. Exceptional performance, great style and more features than any other comparable system. With the PowrPort crossover installed this system sounds better and provides increased performance that put it at the head of the class. It blends a thugster, mixed-breed look with pure-bred performance.”

This system is available in two finishes, chrome for $699.95 (with a limited Lifetime Warranty) or a black ceramic coating $799.95. Both use single-piece, full-length 2.5-inch heat shields.
