EVS R4 Neck Brace
EVS Sports’ newest neck protection is the compact EVS R4 Neck Brace. I’ve been using this brace since the prototype stage, and I absolutely love it. It’s less bulky than some of the other braces on the market, and its simple design makes it easy to put on. The design of the brace is meant to protect the spine, while still allowing a large range of normal motion. At only $119, now almost anyone can afford neck protection. EVS also makes graphic kits in several color ways to match your gear or bike. Read more details about the brace in our EVS R4 Neck Brace Prototype Review. – Justin Dawes
MotoStance MX Lift Stand
For do-it-yourselfers out there who like turning wrenches on their rides, the heavy duty MotoStance MX Lift Stand is a great item. It can lift 450 pounds. up to 17 inches off the ground for easier access, and is zinc coated to help prevent corrosion. The support struts and foot lift both have rubber overlays. While there may be other stands that can do more, this one does it right for the price.
Pro Taper Tiedowns
The last thing any rider wants to see is there bike falling out of a truck. The Pro Taper Tiedowns stand out from the hordes of other straps due to a patent pending swivel carabiner base hook. This feature prevents the annoying tendency of straps to become twisted while loading, making the process much easier and more secure. They also feature soft handlebar straps that won’t damage your bike, and an industrial strength non-slip cam buckle. Rated at 1200 pound tension strength, the tiedowns are 8x inches long x 1.5 inches wide.
Quadboss Rear Wrap Trunk
Quad riders looking for extra storage space have a few more options than two-wheeled enthusiasts. The Quadboss Rear Wrap Trunk adds 4.3 cubic feet of storage to the back of the ATV, mounting directly to tubular or composite racks with supplied hardware. The design is made using a special rotisserie molding process which creates a uniform thickness of the foam for more durability. It features a large capacity dry storage box with tongue and groove lid system, and a lockable trunk with foam backrest. The design also includes molded carrying handles for easy installation and removal.
Smith Replacement Lenses and Roll-Offs
Goggles can be expensive but my frames and foam always outlast the lenses. Replacement lenses are available in multiple formats, including colored versions, reflective, extra-vented, etc. Riding with scratched lenses can be the direct cause for a nasty crash, so keep that vision clear. Smith has a great deal where it offers free Roll-Offs with most full-size goggle purchases. This is an awesome incentive program and I absolutely love Roll-Offs. However, they do run out. The worst is to wake up to a muddy track only to find out there’s just a couple pulls left on the old roll. Be sure to stock up and keep some in the gearbag. If you’re tired of not feeling your hands while riding, than it’s time to snag a pair of heated hand grips. Designed for ATVs, snowmobiles and other vehicles without a twist throttle, the Western Sports Heated Grips are a nifty purchase in colder climates. The unit plugs directly into the vehicle’s power supply and provides steady heat when the engine is running. Made of quality rubber that resists cracking, the relay controls are easy to use and sealed for protection.
Fly Racing Aluminum Bi-Fold ATV Ramp
Loading and unloading of ATVs can be a tricky business. Fly Racing’s Aluminum Bi-Fold ATV Ramp offers a wide design to accommodate larger quads, and is rated at 1200 lbs. Featuring heat treated aluminum and rungs that have extended surface grooves for added traction, the ramp folds in half for easier storage. Rubber ends protect the paint job on your tailgate while providing maximum slip resistance during loading. It measures 70 in. x 48 in. and is a must-have for weekend ATV warriors.
