The XDL Championship Series is glad to announce its second partner in the Global Ambassador Program: Indonesia Stunt Ride Management (ISR).
ISR is the premier stunt riding organization in Indonesia and organizes competitions, writes rules to govern the sport in Indonesia, books shows and represents athletes. ISR is best known for putting on the annual Indonesian National Competition that now attracts over 130 competitors from around the country. ISR also represents Wawan Tembong, the top rider in Indonesia, who will be coming to compete in XDL later this year.
Stated XDL founder Randy Grube: “ISR and XDL have a lot in common. We are both organizations that want to see the sport grow, and in the process want to include as many people as possible. ISR is very organized, professional and safety conscious, just like XDL. And of course they know the stunt scene in Indonesia better than nobody else. So I’m very excited to welcome ISR as an XDL Global Ambassador and look forward to more rider exchanges and an XDL competition in Indonesia in 2013.”
“XDL is the biggest stuntriding championship in the world. Many riders from XDL, such as Aaron Twite, Nick Brocha, Jesse Toler and Eric Pettit have come to Indonesia already and XDL has a lot of unique events and qualified judging. We are so proud of being an XDL Global Ambassador” remarked Debby Sharon of the ISR. Added Dea, member of the steering committee for the ISR: “We can’t wait for the XDL event in 2013. We will run events that promote XDL regulations and hope an Indonesian athlete can compete in XDL in the U.S. this year. Our plan is to have Wawan Tembong join XDL at Indianapolis. We hope he can compete and we are preparing to search for more riders to join XDL next year.”
