Byron's sure to be hunched over a laptop after the checkers are flown, caught in his own little version of heaven. Whether on dirt, street or a combination of both, MotoUSA's newest addition knows the only thing better than actually riding is telling the story of how things went down.

Motorcycle USA media partner, Cycle News, brings you full coverage of the week’s racing and motorcycle industry news in their August 21, 2012 edition. Red Bull KTM’s Ryan Dungey sealed up the 2012 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship at Unadilla, sweeping the round and giving KTM its first AMA Pro Motocross title. His teammates in the 250 division fared well too, with Ken Roczen earning his first moto win in Moto 1 and Marvin Musquin taking the top-spot overall. Another championship title was secured as well, by Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Taylor Robert in WORCS, after he took his sixth overall win of the season at the Cahuilla Creek MX. MotoGP riders faced off at The Brickyard in the second American stop of the year, with Repsol Honda’s Dani Pedrosa putting forth a commanding performance and tightening up the points battle with current leader Jorge Lorenzo of Yamaha Factory Racing. AMA Pro Flat Trackers also battled in Indiana in the Indy Mile and the AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR1200 series staged its one doubleheader of the season, sharing the track with MotoGP at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Kenny Roberts talks about his current projects and opines on the state of motorcycle racing at present and Cycle News editors ride the new MV Agusta F3 675 and Gas Gas XC300R.
