Justin Brayton tied mathematically with Ryan Dungey in the 2012 Supercross Championship and finished the season in fourth. He had a difficult transition to the outdoor Nationals, but was able to move up the points list by the end of the year to finish in seventh overall. Brayton left JGRMX/Toyota/Yamaha at the end of 2011 to ride for the American Honda team, but now returns to Team Blue just in time for the Monster Energy Cup in October.
