Tom Sykes’ “Tribute to Joan Lascorz” helmet will soon go up for auction with proceeds going to help Lascorz during his recovery and rehabilitation.
The fantastic Shark ‘Tribute to Joan Lascorz’ helmet was worn by Tom Sykes at Magny-Cours as he took a thrilling second place in the SBK championship, winning race two in the process. All while wearing this very crash helmet.
Now this distinctive and utterly unique item is being auctioned to the highest bidder, with all monies raised going direct to Joan to help with his rehabilitation after suffering serious injuries earlier this year.
The Shark helmet features a large scale version of the ‘Power For Lascorz 17’ logos that have been worn and displayed as a mark of solidarity with Joan by riders, teams, organisers, media and fans this season.
Tom or Joan will sign the helmet personally, if required to by the winning bidder.
As an additional incentive, if someone from the UK wins the auction, Tom Sykes will deliver it to them personally.
There is also a bonus surprise from Tom that will be given to the auction winner.
