Alpinestars has an all-weather performance shoe that’s sure to be at the top of many wish-lists as the wet winter weather approaches: the Alpinestars Fastback Waterproof Shoe.

The Fastback is a combination of suede leather, textile and microfiber and boasts a waterproof and breathable membrane to offer comfort in wet and dry conditions. The collar of the Fastback is lined with 3D mesh for additional comfort and has a combination lace/Velcro closure system to ensure the shoes stay snug on your feet.

They feature a rubber sole with “low-profile forefoot flexibility and a taller arch for durability and support,” as well as a PU midsole on the heel for additional comfort. Walking on an EVA foam footbed will ensure a more natural posture while riding or walking and there’s also a shift pad with debossed texture on top to help provide added grip while riding.

The Fastback WP Shoe also comes with safety features such as external TPR protection on both sides of the ankle, a lateral TPU toe protector and foam-backed, double density impact protection, also on both sides of the ankle. There is an internal toe and heel Counter layered underneath the leather and an integrated metal shank in the sole will help to reduce excessive injuries to the foot in case of impact.

The Fastback comes in all-black or a black and yellow option and runs $199.95 USD.
