Fly Evolution Rev Pants
The 2013 Fly Revolution Rev Pants have become one of my favorites for the year. Innovative features such as the 2-D Buckle system that cuts down on the bulk on the side adjusters are all over these $135 MX pant. The fit is slim but not restrictive thanks to the Full-Floating seat and soft rubber badging. Although I’ve only had them for a month or so, they have held up nicely to a few diggers and repeated washing. If you are looking for some new pants to get dirty in, the Fly Evolution Rev Pants need to be considered seriously. – Justin Dawes.

REV’IT Gear Pants – 2011
Deciding whether to wear a full leather suit opposed to jeans and a riding jacket is a typical quandary for a street motorcyclist. But with the advent of the REV’IT! Gear Pants – 2011 the decision becomes easier. Although the pants have been replaced with a newer model (REV’IT! Gear 2 Pants) they still feature the abrasion protection of leather with plastic CE-approved impact protection in the knees. The pants also include an inner waterproof membrane that provides added insulation in cooler weather. Lastly the pants can be zipped to many REV’IT! jackets for more complete protection and fit. – Adam Waheed.
Fly Racing Butane Pants
The Fly Racing Butane Pants boast heavyweight 600D nylon construction and HYDRAGuard, a durable waterproof/breathable membrane, as some of the key protective features. The Butane Pants are anatomically fitted for the riding position and have removable CE approved armor in the knees that offer three levels of height adjustment, to ensure comfort on a long ride or commute to work. Zippers on the legs open for increased ventilation while reflective piping and lower leg panels help to increase your visibility to others on the road. Adjustable dual Velcro waist belts and an elastic waist are included to maximize comfort for all body types as is the removable quilted pant liner with flex knees.
Shift Racing Faction Skylab Pants
The Shift Racing Faction Skylab Pants really stood out to me this year. The first big thing was the fit. Some pants might be loose in the waist and have tight legs while others can be the opposite. For me, the Skylab pants offer a close-to-perfect fit. The next feature that stood out was the weight. The Skylabs are on the lighter side due to the fact that the pants doesn’t use rubber logos like many other pants. This cuts down on the weight and also contributes to maneuverability. Lastly, the graphic is simple but really unique with each leg a separate color with a humble design. The Shift Skylab is a great motocross pant and comes in a very fair price of only $159.95. – Frankie Garcia
Alpinestars Logic Kevlar Denim Pants
They may look the part of any run-of-the-mill pair of jeans, but the Alpinestars Logic Kevlar Pants are far from ordinary. Made from an abrasion and tear resistant cotton denim, the Kevlar Pants offer increased protection thanks to internal Kevlar reinforcements in the knees and seat. They have the traditional five-pocket design as a regular pair of jeans, and are lightweight and comfortable so can easily be worn all day long.
