Byron's sure to be hunched over a laptop after the checkers are flown, caught in his own little version of heaven. Whether on dirt, street or a combination of both, MotoUSA's newest addition knows the only thing better than actually riding is telling the story of how things went down.

Motorcycle USA media partner, Cycle News, follows the Monster Energy AMA Supercross championship to Oakland in their January 29, 2013 issue. Ryan Villopoto grabbed his second consecutive win of the season in 450 SX, but the real news came from the 250 SX ranks with Red Bull KTM’s Ken Roczen taking his first race win of the season and moving to the top of the overall points tally. In other off-roading news, the first round of the 2013 WORCS series wrapped in Peoria, Arizona with Taylor Robert coming through in first place. Editors got time to ride themselves in the 2013 250 Dual Sport Shootout, testing the Honda CRF250L, the Kawasaki KLX250S and Yamaha WR250R. Earl Hayden, father to Nicky, Roger and Tommy, sits down to talk about his life in the world of motorcycle racing and his battle with cancer. Nicky’s new boss, Bernhard Gobmeier, is interviewed as well, giving thoughts on the future of Ducati in both MotoGP and World Superbike. All this and more can be found in Cycle News, Volume 50 Issue 4, available now in multiple digital formats by following the links below.
