“I am more than thrilled to represent Dainese and AGV again this year” commented James. “I work extremely hard both on and off the track and I know how hard Dainese and AGV work to make sure I am covered each season with only the best safety apparel. That safety factor turns into confidence on the track and ultimately in my performance in each race. I want to thank everyone at Dainese and AGV for their continued support and all the innovations put into each and every product they design for motorcyclists worldwide to wear.”
The Pista GP is an innovative helmet created as part of the AGV EXTREME STANDARDS HELMETS project. This new process has redefined helmet design and testing. Developing began by taking measurement of riders’ heads with a digital scanner. These measurements were then used to design the helmet from the “inside out”.
AGV EXTREME STANDARDS HELMETS use FEM (Finite Elements Analysis) to set new standards as regards safety, comfort and ergonomics. The raw materials and technologies used in production have a low environmental impact.
The Pista GP will be available in the USA from October 2013.
