Following in the footsteps of its first ever women’s jacket, the Maven, Roland Sands Design introduces another option for the female rider or enthusiast: the Vada. It’s constructed of a lightweight, hand-finished waxed cotton fabric that is breathable and water resistant. There’s a satin/poly liner inside for added comfort, an interior zip close chest pocket, electronics secure pocket and space available in the elbows, shoulders and back for optional armor. As it’s designed for riding, the Vada also has pre-curved sleeves and more length in the back. The Vada comes in Ranger (tan) or Black color options and retails for $350 USD.
“We want this jacket to be more than just a fashion accessory… it needed to be comfortable whether you are wearing it on a motorcycle or just kicking back after a ride,” says Sands. “The goal was to combine lightweight comfort and performance with some style, all without forgetting our motorcycle roots.”
