Scorpion EXO Ventech II Jacket
The Scorpion EXO Ventech II Jacket offers a great blend of safety features, versatility and style. It’s constructed of a vented poly mesh that allows for plenty of air flow on hot days, but also has a removable full-sleeve AirGuard windproof liner that instantly ups the weather protection making this jacket perfect for those cool autumn days as well. The fit is comfortable with or without the liner and straps around the elbows ensure that armor stays snug and in place. The EXO Ventech II comes with a EXO-Tech CE approved armor in the shoulders and elbows and features a back protector compartment with PU foam padding. There’s plenty of zippered pocket space and the EXO Ventech II comes with NightViz reflective trim on the front, rear and shoulders for added visibility. – Byron Wilson
Roland Sands Tracker Jacket
Anything Roland Sands Design makes is bad ass, period. From hard parts to soft good, the attention to detail and quality craftsmanship is second to none. The Roland Sands Tracker Jacket is one of my go-to pieces when I’m on and off the bike. This waxed cotton is waterproof yet breathable, and has more pockets than I know what to do with. The fit is snug and fitted, and when the jacket is first put on the waxed material has a crunchiness to it that softens and conforms to your body. There are pockets for RSD’s Nitrex Evo back, shoulder and elbow protection, and the satin lining is silky smooth. – Justin Dawes
O.N.E. Reaper Hoodie
After testing two of its products, there are a few things I admire about the way Outlaw Network Enterprises (O.N.E.) does business. They make things to size and handcraft their motorcycle vests and jackets to order. O.N.E. uses high quality materials, from leathers to threads, and is so confident in its product, they back it up with a limited lifetime guarantee. They also create great looking gear. Case in point, the Reaper Hoodie.
Living in a place that gets cold and dreary one-quarter of the year, we love that the O.N.E. leather jacket has a hoodie. It comes in handy living in Oregon. It is also one of the only high-quality leather motorcycle riding jackets with a hoodie we know of, made from some of the most supple leather around. A durable YKK zipper in antique brass runs up the front while black snaps cinch up the cuffs. It’s a handsome jacket, jet black leather with double-stitched front pockets, thick cuffs, a soft nylon liner and slick drawstring hoodie. If you’re looking for something out of the norm, the Reaper Hoodie is a great present for any biker on your Christmas list. – Bryan Harley

AGV Sport Element Vintage Jacket
If you’re looking for a leather riding jacket that is put together solid, offers plenty of protection, vents well and looks good without breaking the bank, then the AGV Sport Element Vintage Jacket is for you. The jacket comes with pre-curved arms and the leather is pliable so it allows for an unencumbered range of motion in the arms and shoulders. The cuffs are adjustable courtesy of Velcro tabs, which come in handy when putting on gauntlet-style gloves because you can easily wrap the sleeve around the glove. Velcro tabs on both sides of the waist help tailor the fit, too. It’s fashioned to sit right at the beltline while the collar is cut low enough that it doesn’t rub.
Protection comes in the form of armor in the elbows, shoulders and back, all of it removable. The shoulder and elbow protection are both CE-grade. The armor is well situated and doesn’t move around during riding. The armor also covers lots of area because the elbow pads extend down the forearm while the shoulder pads wrap around the entire shoulder.
The AGV Sport Element Vintage Jacket circulates plenty of air thanks to zippers up the cuff and vents conveniently placed in the arms, shoulders and back. The jacket is a distressed brown, so it doesn’t attract as much sun as a solid black jacket. Between its multiple panel design and timeless distressed-look of the brown leather, it combines attractive styling with functionality. – Bryan Harley
MSRP: $246.99. Small to 3XL (Distressed Brown Only)

There is a built in attachment point for Bionic Neck Support, a two-liter bladder storage pocket and a large, removable utility pocket on the back of the jacket as well. CE certified elbow and shoulder protectors absorb impact in the event of a crash and there are chest and back padding compartments for even more impact protection.
